Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 July 2025

Howdy and welcome! At KooeeKeis Australian Cobberdogs, your privacy means the world to us. Just like we care deeply for our dogs and their future families, we also care about how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.

This Privacy Policy is our way of explaining what we do with your info and why we do it.

1. What We Collect

When you connect with us—whether it’s through our website, email, social media, or by filling in a form—we may collect a few bits of information like:

• Your name and contact details (phone number, email, address)
• Info about your home and lifestyle (to help us match you with the right pup!)
• Any preferences you share with us (timing, temperament, colour, size etc.)
• Details from applications, messages, or forms you submit

We only collect what we need to help you find your perfect puppy and to stay in touch throughout the process.

2. How We Use Your Info

We use your information to:

• Chat with you about puppies and upcoming litters
• Match you with a Cobberdog that suits your family
• Keep you updated on your puppy’s progress
• Manage waitlists, deposits, and adoption arrangements
• Send occasional updates, tips, and KooeeKeis news

We won’t ever sell or trade your details—we’re dog breeders, not data dealers.

3. Keeping It Safe

We treat your personal information with the same care we give our puppies—securely and respectfully. We store your details safely and only keep them as long as we need to, or as long as required by Australian law.

4. Who Sees Your Info

Only our small, trusted team at KooeeKeis will have access to your info. Occasionally, we may share basic details with:

• Our vet (for microchipping or health records)
• RightPaw or other verified platforms if you’ve come through them
• Transport providers (if you’re welcoming a pup from afar)

We only share what’s absolutely necessary to support your puppy journey.

5. Cookies & Website Stuff

Our website may use cookies to help us understand what pages visitors love most, so we can keep making things better. You can change your cookie settings anytime in your browser.

6. Your Rights

You’re welcome to:

• Ask what info we have about you
• Update your details
• Request that we delete your info (as long as we’re not legally required to keep it)

Just give us a holler via email if you’d like to do any of the above.

7. Contact Us
