Gotcha Day

Our Gotcha day is the most special day of all – the moment your puppy officially joins your family.  We open our home across the whole weekend so there’s no set time pressure, and you can arrive when it best suits you.

Before the big day, you’ll already have your Puppy Pack to help with the first few nights at home, and we encourage you to keep using our Puppy Manual for advice and handy tips. For the journey home, we highly recommend a harness to keep your puppy safe and comfortable in the car.

Most importantly, remember we are always here for you.  Whether by phone or email, you’ll never be on this journey alone – your KooeeKeis family is just a call away.
